Geothermal Production Equipment

We have many experience in Japan of geothermal equipment manufacturing and wellhead piping. We are not only new piping, also has been conducting repair of existing piping. We have a few qualifications of power generation for piping welding work in Japan, continues to hold the high technology.

Heating system by hot water Unit -Sales Gas-

This equipment, if it is not required a large amount of heat enough to use the indirect heater in gas pipelines, it is possible to utilize the hot water boiler and the heat exchanger, it can enable more efficient heating.

Glycol regeneration equipment

Regeneration by removing the moisture in glycol.

Ammonia absorption refrigeration equipment

The dew point depreciation system of natural gas, using ammonia as a
refrigerant.

Reduction of Vapor Pressure (R.V.P) – Oil –

This device can separate the active gas such as a small amount in the oil by warming, can suppress the vaporization of the oil storage tank and during transportation.

Gas Filter

This equipment is used to remove the dust and dirt of inside the sales gas pipeline. It is installed in a sales target for each pipeline and each branch station. It is possible to cope with a variety of types(vertical type, horizontal type, quick closure type,…).

Oil and Gas Heat Exchanger

This equipment is not limited to the cooling or heating of gas, is used in a variety of applications. NIHON SEIKI is good at the type of Shell-and-tube, such as floating type, fixed type and a variety type of structures can be manufactured.

Oil and Gas Heater (Indirect Heater)

This equipment is indirect heating to compensate for the temperature drop that occurs when a predetermined pressure to be lowered by pressure reducing valve is installed down stream the well fluid.

Natural gas Dehydrator

This equipment removes moisture and impurities which are contained in natural gas.
There are the two main dehydration methods (use Diethylene glycol, Triethylene glycol) of gas, NIHONSEIKI is good at method by bubbling in the Absorber (use Triethylene glycol).
Before processing gas is sent to the Inlet Scrubber at the beginning, it will remove dust and condensate. Next, the gas is send to the Absorber, moist gas is brought into contact
with the glycol by passing through the bubble cap tray, glycol will absorb the moisture in the gas. Dry gas is treated as sales gas from top of the Absorber and rich moisture glycol sent to the Regenerator, removal of water by heating in the Reboiler, less moisture glycol is supplied to the absorber again.

Oil and Gas Separator

In order to separate the oil and natural gas (water, emulsion, etc.) from well fluid, and is held a certain period of time in the vessel. Natural gas that has been separated is supplied to the downstream equipment through the demister.

Compact Heater

This equipment made downsize and movable conventional indirect heater. Features of the device can be easily moved to the place of use, you can use immediately. It’s also more excellent in soundproofing, so it can be used surely even near the housing.

Orifice Fitting

This product is possible to calculate the flow rate by passing the gas to the orifice plate which is provided inside. The method of calculation is following with the provisions stipulated in JIS M 8010 “natural gas metering method”

High-pressure Choke valves

This product can control the flow which produces high-pressure well fluid.

Standard product is manual operation, but there is an option that can be flow controlled by remote from a central control room. The control method has a unique program that con siders safety that can deal with any trouble. It is obtained from the rich experience of until now. Flow control accuracy makes possible to ±2,500Sm3/D at gas flow rate.

This equipment can be measured the temperat ure characteristics of the pressure sensor in the range from low temperature to high tempe rature, and enable to identification and classification.
